6. 6 Pour the melted chocolate liquid into the egg yolk liquid, stir evenly, and reduce the temperature to about the temperature of your hands

   

7. 7 Pour the mixed chocolate egg yolk paste and rum into the whipped cream, and stir evenly. If you find that the chocolate is slightly agglomerated when it is cold, don’t worry. After pouring it into the ice cream bucket, these will be clouds

   

8. 8 Take out the frozen ice cream bucket from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator
