Lotus root cubes with tomato sauce
Overview
The sweet and sour lotus root cubes in tomato sauce are brightly colored, sweet and sour. Enveloped by the sweet and sour juice, the lotus root pieces turn golden all over. Ingredients: lotus root, tomatoes, tomato sauce.

Cut the lotus root into pieces, about 2CM, add cornstarch and coat evenly.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.

Turn on the heat and add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is 70-80% hot, add the lotus root cubes and fry them. When the surface turns golden brown, take them out. When the oil temperature is slightly higher, fry them again, take them out and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pot, add tomato cubes and stir-fry.
