Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, stir evenly with chopsticks, and start the dough mixing process

After one program is completed, add butter, then mix with the noodles from the first program. After mixing, take the noodles out and put them into a basin, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for fermentation

Put the prepared bread dough into the baking pan and put it in the oven for secondary fermentation

Brush the fermented bread dough evenly with egg wash,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. When the baking time is fifteen minutes, take out the baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, put it back in the oven and bake for another five minutes until the cheese melts
