Put eggs, milk, liquid seeds, sugar, salt, high-gluten flour, and yeast in the bread bucket in order

Start the bread machine, select the dough kneading state (about 15 minutes), wait until the bread machine stops working, add olive oil, start the bread machine, select the dough kneading state, continue kneading the dough, after the second kneading is completed, ferment at room temperature for about 1 hour

Place the fermented dough on the chopping board, knead and deflate, then divide it into 16 equal portions (each equal portion is about 60g), cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 minutes. Take one of the dough, slowly roll it into a ball with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation
