  1. Choose high-quality sand-free jellyfish

  2. Cut the jellyfish into chunks at an angle and soak in cold water. Change the water several times to remove the salty and astringent taste of the jellyfish.

  3. Take a small bowl, add all the seasonings and make sweet and sour sesame juice. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin pieces (the skin does not need to be peeled too cleanly to increase the color layering. Thin pieces are crisper than thin slices.)

  4. Place cucumber slices on the bottom of the plate, place the filtered jellyfish on the cucumber, and sprinkle with chopped green onion (cilantro is better)
