Mutton and radish soup
Overview
I bought two lamb legs, deboned them and rolled them into meat rolls to cook the lamb. I didn’t waste the remaining lamb bones and cooked a pot of radish soup~~

-
Break the lamb stick bone in the middle and cut into two or three slices of ginger.
-
Blanch the mutton stick bones in a pot of cold water and skim off the foam after the water boils.
-
Put the blanched mutton stick bones into the pot again, add water, add three or two slices of ginger and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer.
-
While stewing, process the white radish. Peel the white radish and cut into hob cubes, and chop the chives into finely chopped pieces.
-
Cook until the soup is thick and milky white and the meat is tender. Add the sliced white radish and cook for about 15 minutes.
-
Add a little wolfberry salt.
-
Cook for another 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.
-
Dish out and sprinkle with minced chives.
