Wash green vegetables.

Shred the ham.

Minced onion and garlic.

Wash bean sprouts.

When the noodles are cooked, remove from cold water and drain.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced onion and garlic, add bean sprouts and green vegetables and stir-fry.

Add salt to the noodles and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add shredded ham and stir-fry.
