Baked bean paste brown sugar cake

My husband loves brown sugar filling, and I love bean paste filling. So I made two flavors.

Heat the flour and mix it with water, then stir it into a flocculent form. Let cool to more than 30 degrees.

Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water.

Pour into dough sheet.

Knead into dough.

Let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.

The dough is very soft and needs to be kneaded for a while to deflate.

Divide into evenly sized portions.

Flatten.

Add bean paste filling and wrap it up.

Press into cake shape.

Prepare brown sugar filling. The ratio of sugar to flour is 2:1.

Wrap the dough with brown sugar filling. Wrap and flatten as above.

Brush the dough with water, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and press lightly.

Heat oil in a pan, add pancake dough and fry over low heat.

Flip and fry until both sides are browned, then serve.
