Broad Bean and Carrot Salad
Overview
I walk with my husband every day for good health. I accidentally looked at the hands we were holding and realized that my hand was darker than my husband’s, and I couldn’t tell which one was mine! I know my skin is dark and my hands are bigger. But my husband’s skin was originally fair. But every time I go out, I always wear sun protection gloves. Cry, cry, cry. So today I made broad bean and carrot salad. Because it contains a lot of vitamin C!

①Put the buckwheat rice into enough water and cook until it is the softness you like. ②Cook the beans until it is the softness you like.
