Chop garlic and sauerkraut into mince

Cut the potatoes into shreds evenly, wash with water to remove excess starch, remove and drain

Remove gluten from kidney beans, wash and cut into shreds

Heat oil and sauté minced garlic

Add sauerkraut and stir-fry until fragrant

Add shredded potatoes and kidney beans and stir-fry

Pour in a little cooking wine and continue to stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked
