Prepare the ingredients: cake flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, sunflower oil, milk, caster sugar, matcha powder, almond slices;

Mix cake flour, baking powder, and salt through a fine sieve twice;

Sprinkle almond slices into the bottom of the mold; the mold I used is Yangchen non-stick film, so the mold does not need to be brushed with oil;

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees with upper and lower heat;
