Almond whipped cream cocoa cookies
Overview
I haven’t made biscuits for a long time. Today I made them with whipped cream in two shapes, and added healthy nuts to make them richer in taste.

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar, mix gently with a whisk, then beat until pale in color. Mix cake flour and cocoa powder and set aside.

Add the whipped cream in 4 additions, stirring well after each addition before adding the next.

Sift the flour into the butter and mix evenly with a spatula.

Place a piping nozzle into a piping bag and then fill it with batter.

Line a baking pan with oiled paper, pipe the batter into the baking pan, and place an almond on it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes.
