Overview
Pork Ribs and Stewed Beans is a Northeastern dish. It is actually pork ribs and beans stewed. However, in our Northeast there are also terms such as pressed beans and potatoes. This dish has both meat and vegetable ingredients and goes well with staple food. It goes well with rice and is very nutritious.

Remove the stems from the beans, wash and break them.

Prepare the ribs.

Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water until they drain.

Put the base oil in the pot, add the onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add dark soy sauce.

Add cooking wine.

Add allspice.

Add salt.

Add sugar.

Add vinegar.

Add ginger slices.

Add peppercorns and aniseed.

Place the beans in the pressure cooker.
