Overview
When I was going through the refrigerator today, I saw that the scallions I bought before had not been touched. I couldn’t help but think of making some scallion oil, so I decided to make my own scallion oil according to Meitianshang’s recipe for emergency use😁

Cut the scallions into sections, chop the onions and set aside
