Overview

Due to the epidemic, I haven’t been out for many days, and there is really nothing to do at home. I went out to buy some vegetables today. Tofu is the cheapest, but I think it is the most delicious. This is my homemade Mapo Tofu

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the tofu into small pieces.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu piece by piece (I like to fry tofu no matter what I do).

  3. Fry until golden brown on both sides, add minced garlic, Laoganma, and my mother-in-law’s homemade chili sauce, stir-fry to bring out the flavor, add light soy sauce (I don’t like chicken essence and MSG) to enhance the freshness.

  4. Stir-fry, finally add the chopped green onions and stir-fry again.
