Fried bitter gourd with black bean and pepper
Overview
This dish is a dish often eaten in summer. It is easy to make and delicious. The addition of hot pepper increases the vitamin content, and the addition of tempeh can cover up some of the bitter taste of bitter melon.

Prepare materials.

Wash the bitter melon and cut off both ends of the root. Spread the two halves evenly along the long side and dig out the seed pulp.

Cut the bitter melon into slices.

Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into shreds.

Remove the roots of the garlic cloves, wash and cut into thin slices.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up, and sauté the garlic slices and spicy black bean until fragrant.

Add the bitter melon and stir-fry over medium-low heat. After a few minutes, the water vapor on the surface will dry up and the skin will become slightly wrinkled.
