Chive Bread
Overview
This is a bread full of onion flavor. Friends who like the flavor of onion can try it. The following quantities can make 1 380g toast box and 3 rectangular cup breads.

Put water, condensed milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt into bread bucket.

Add flour, and then put the bread bucket into the Dongling 4706W bread machine.

Open the "Alibaba Smart" APP on your mobile phone, connect to the Dongling bread machine, and select kneading dough for 10 minutes. Stop kneading the dough for 2 minutes. Let the dough rest in the bread machine for 30 to 60 minutes.

Add butter and yeast, knead dough for 40 minutes.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Select fermentation, time 20 minutes.

Divide the mixed dough into 4 100g pieces of dough and 3 60g pieces of dough. Roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into an oval shape

Roll up.

Roll it out again and roll it up.

Put it into a French bakery 380g toast box.

Divide the dough into 3 portions, roll into balls, and place into rectangular French bakery cups.

Put it into the Dongling oven, select the fermentation function, and the time is 60 minutes.

While waiting for fermentation, make the chive filling. Refer to Baolei’s method of making chive filling. Soften 50 grams of butter, add 5 grams of sugar, appropriate amount of white pepper and salt and mix well.

Add 5 grams of egg liquid and mix well.

Add 10 grams of chopped green onion and mix well.

Coat the fermented bread dough with egg liquid, squeeze the chive filling onto the bread dough, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

The same goes for the bread dough in the rectangular paper cup.

Place in the lower shelf of the Dongling oven that has been preheated to 165 degrees for upper heat and 170 degrees for lower heat. Bake the 380g toast mold for 25 minutes and the small paper mold for 15 minutes.
