Chive noodles
Overview
Spring is the best season to eat leeks. Leeks contain special ingredients such as volatile essential oils and sulfides, which emit a unique spicy smell, which helps relieve liver qi, increase appetite, and enhance digestive function. This leek noodle dish is a home-cooked noodle dish in Henan. It’s simple to make and tastes very refreshing.
