First slice the pig head meat and clean the peppers. If you can eat spicy food, you don’t need to remove the seeds. If you can’t, you can remove the pepper seeds and slice them diagonally.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot.

When the oil is hot, add the chili peppers and stir-fry to bring out the aroma of the chili peppers.

Add the chopped pork head and stir-fry.
