Griddle Potato Sausage Slices
Overview
Potatoes and sausages are a perfect match. I make my own potatoes without frying them. I cut them into thin slices and fry them until golden brown. I then dry-fry them with sausages and peppers. The mellow aroma of the sausages and the crispiness of the potatoes are so delicious.

Wash the sausages and soak them in warm water for 20 minutes, then steam them

Slice sausages and potatoes into thin slices, then prepare garlic slices, green onions, and diced peppers

Rinse the potatoes several times with water and drain. Put oil in the pan, add potatoes and fry until golden brown on both sides

Stir-fried garlic slices

Add sausage and potatoes and stir-fry

Add some light soy sauce, salt and stir-fry

Finally, add the peppers and green onions and stir-fry for a while
