  5. Add oil to the pot, sauté the garlic first, then add the edamame and stir-fry.

  6. Add tofu, mushrooms, salt, chicken powder, and black pepper, stir-fry for a while, then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
