Rice Sandwich
Overview
Recently, I especially like to watch mukbang shows of big eaters, whether domestic or foreign, to see them not only eating a lot, but also eating deliciously. One of my favorites is Sato. He cooks every meal by himself, using fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats to make a table of beautiful and healthy dishes. It’s amazing~

Shred carrots and green peppers, 1 boiled egg, slice luncheon meat, remove casings from ham, and prepare cheese slices.

Pour oil into the pan.

First add the shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while before serving.

Add green pepper, ham, and luncheon meat and fry briefly before serving.

Place a piece of plastic wrap on the chopping board and place seaweed on top.

Place rice in the middle.

Cover with shredded carrots and green peppers.

Place the luncheon meat slices and pour a layer of salad dressing over them.

Cover with another layer of rice.

Wrap it up all around.

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and set.

Another sandwich: Repeat with rice, green peppers, carrots, a hard-boiled egg in the middle of the ham, and a layer of salad dressing.

Cover with cheese slices and then rice.

Close it and wrap it tightly.

Cut in half.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and black pepper.
