Soak the dried white fungus in warm water until soft, wash and cut into small pieces.

Put the white fungus into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat.

Add rock sugar. I don't like the strong taste of brown sugar, so I used half rock sugar instead.

Add brown sugar and continue cooking for several hours until the white fungus is soft.

While cooking Tremella, remove the core and flower stems from the dried roses.

Add dried rose flowers and continue cooking for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
