Sautéed Eggplant with Minced Pork
Overview
Eggplant contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. It can be eaten in a variety of ways and is suitable for both meat and vegetables. It can be stir-fried, roasted, steamed, boiled, deep-fried, served cold, and made into soup, all of which can produce delicious dishes. The summer sun is always prohibitive. I always want to stay in the room without going out. What to cook for lunch~~~ My mother-in-law picked fresh eggplants early in the morning and found a sausage in the refrigerator. Is it possible to use sausage instead of minced meat to cook the eggplant? Let’s try it~ I used the method of steaming first and then boiling
