  1. A piece of tofu, a piece of fatty pork, and ready-made minced meat is better. Rinse the mushrooms and soak them in warm water. Do not throw away the water used to soak the mushrooms. Prepare two more peppers and one green onion.

  7. Use a frying tool to gently push the tofu cubes to coat them with the soup. If there is a lot of oil in the pan, this process can take a little longer. The fried tofu will be a little browner and more delicious. Don't use a spoon to turn it over, otherwise the tofu will be broken into pieces.

When the tofu cubes are all colored, add half a bowl of water, about 2 grams of salt, and the water for soaking the mushrooms into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat for ten minutes before serving. You can also omit step 7, add water directly after adding the tofu cubes, add some soy sauce to the water, stew until cooked, and reduce the juice.
