  4. Add oil to the wok, add star anise, flower angle, and 1 tablespoon of sugar

  7. Pour in boiling water just enough to cover the pork belly, add rock sugar (about 50g), an appropriate amount of thirteen incense and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to low for about 40 minutes

  8. Stir a few times in the middle. If the water is low, you can add more. When the soup is almost finished, add salt and chicken essence in about 40 minutes
