Weigh the whipping cream, sugar and water syrup into a small pot

Heat over low heat until the sugar slowly melts

After boiling, keep stirring

As the cooking time increases, the sugar liquid becomes more and more viscous

When it is heated for about 28 minutes, turn off the heat and continue stirring with a spatula for a while

After the sugar liquid cools down slightly, put it into a silicone piping bag

Then squeeze the sugar liquid into the prepared mold
