Overview
Every time I pass by a shop that sells scallion pancakes, I can smell the strong fragrance of scallions. I can't help but buy a small bag to satisfy my craving. I eat them while walking. The more I chew, the more fragrant it becomes. It has the aroma of noodles and the smell of scallions. It tastes really great! Now that I know how to make it, I can make it anytime when I want to eat it. The taste is no less than the ones sold on the street.
