-
All ingredients are ready.
-
Cut the fat and lean meat separately.
-
Fry the fatty meat first.
-
Fry until oil comes out. When I got to this point in my childhood, I started to stir-fry chili peppers.
-
Because I didn’t want it to be too greasy, I fried the fatty meat until it was dry and added the excess oil. Add ginger.
-
Add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color. When I was a kid, the chili peppers were very spicy and I grew them myself, so I would fry the chili peppers first and then the lean meat.
-
Fry the meat until it changes color.
-
Add chilies. Because this chili is not spicy enough, I fried it raw.
-
Add salt.
-
Mix well.
-
Add soy sauce.
-
Mix well and then add garlic.
-
Add green onions.
-
That’s it! The meat is very tender!
