Tomato stewed tofu
Overview
Tofu and tomatoes have always been my favorites. The tofu is fresh and tender, and the tomatoes are sour and sweet. Together they are delicious!

Cut ginger into small slices, flatten and chop garlic, cut green pepper into small pieces, and cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside

Heat a frying pan and add oil. Heat the oil and add tofu slices (cut into pieces about 8 mm)

The tofu will be golden brown on both sides and will not crack easily. Place it on a plate and set aside

Leave oil in the pot, add star anise, minced ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, add 350g of water and bring to a boil

Add tofu, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence and stew

After boiling the pot, add green pepper and cook for 5-8 minutes, then add a little salt
