Clean tomatoes and beans

Peel the tomatoes and dice both ends of the beans

Cut green onions into small pieces

Heat a pan and add a little vegetable oil and sauté the shallots until fragrant

Add tomatoes, diced beans, add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry

Add water to boil, add salt

Slices of coriander, dried noodles (noodles), set aside

Open the pot, add dry noodles and cook, turn off the heat and season with a few drops of sesame oil

Cook the poached eggs in another pot in advance and put them into the noodle bowl. Garnish with coriander (if you don’t like coriander, you can leave it out). Please refer to the tomato and bean soup noodles
