Pizza dough: high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, water, corn oil, fine sugar, dry yeast, salt, and milk powder. Knead into a dough. Knead vigorously until the dough becomes very strong. Stretch the dough and the dough can form a relatively thin film (expansion stage). That's it. Place the dough in an environment around 26 degrees, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until it doubles in size (just leave it at room temperature in summer).

Empty the air and let it sit for 15 minutes

Prepare fillings

Use a little oil to stir-fry bacon, green pepper, corn kernels and green beans

Drain the juice from the can

Brush the pizza pan evenly with oil

Place the cake on the plate and make a fork to fill the holes

Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle some pizza grass

Sprinkle more cheese and diced bacon

Sprinkle another layer of cheese

Sprinkle tuna

Sprinkle another layer of cheese, and finally sprinkle with diced green peppers, corn kernels and green beans

Put in the oven, 190 degrees, 15 minutes

After 10 minutes, take it out and sprinkle the last layer of cheese. Sprinkle more. I really like the stringy look!
