Prepare quail eggs and seasonings. (Star anise, cinnamon, cumin, angelica dahurica, grass fruit, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt, rock sugar, dark soy sauce)

Wash the quail eggs in clean water.

Put the pot on the fire, add water, and add the quail eggs.
