  1. Prepare washed spinach, yuba, red pepper, and ginger

  2. Cut and set aside.

  3. Heat the cold oil in a pan and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.

  4. Add spinach, yuba, and red pepper and stir-fry.

  5. After five minutes, add a little salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry.
