Red pepper and potato shreds
Overview
Shredded potatoes like to be eaten finely cut and stir-fried with a sour and spicy flavor, but now that she has a baby, she also likes to eat hot peppers that cannot be added, so I added a little red pepper at the end. This is not spicy, but it can also supplement vitamin C. It has a beautiful color and a sour and sour taste. Babies also like to eat it. Potatoes are rich in vitamin C, and are rich in starch and various trace elements.
