Overview
Potatoes are a favorite of many people. Whether it is fried potato slices, cold shredded potatoes, stewed potatoes, French fries or three delicacies, they like to eat them any way. This dry pot potato slices has Laoganma hot sauce added to it, which makes it richer in taste and goes very well with rice.

Slice the potatoes

Soak the cut potato slices in cold water to remove the starch

Dice the bell pepper

Marinate the pork with starch, soy sauce and cooking wine
