Rinse the edamame with water first, then soak it in salt water for half an hour and rub it clean

Cut off the two corners of the edamame with scissors

Mince ginger and garlic, cut dry chili into rings and set aside

Heat the pan over high heat, add oil and heat until 50% to 60% hot, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add dried chili peppers and edamame and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the edamame changes color, add salt and stir-fry for a while

Add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer for a while until the juice is reduced
