A basket full of apples
Overview
With the end of the world, Christmas Eve has finally arrived. On Christmas Eve, I put all my blessings in this basket and send you baskets of peace fruits. I wish all my friends a Merry Christmas! Peace and peace! The method of making this basket originated from the ocean moom, and I would like to express my gratitude! In the big family of Gourmet World, I learned a lot and met a lot of friends from all over the world. Everyone exchanged cooking skills and life experiences, which made my cooking skills continue to improve and was recognized by friends and family. I would also like to thank my friends who supported and helped me~~~~~ This recipe does not add eggs, but because yogurt is added, the texture of the bread is still soft. Friends who like it can try it~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Mix all ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough. Add butter and knead until expansion stage
-
Leave to ferment in a warm place for about an hour
-
Take it out after fermentation until it is about doubled in size (if the dough does not shrink or collapse, it means it is ready)
-
After taking it out, divide the dough into two parts, roll out one part and cut it into long strips (this part is for making a basket)
-
Take a heat-resistant container, lay tin foil on the container (matte side facing up), roll the noodles into a round shape, and place them on the container into a rice shape
-
Then weave circles of noodles into a basket shape (it’s so ugly, just look at it)
-
After preheating the oven to 180 degrees, place the braided basket into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes
-
Bake until the bottom of the basket is firm and then take it out
-
Preparation of apples: Divide the remaining dough into 15 pieces, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes
-
After rounding again, use a toothpick or chopsticks to make a small hole in the middle of the apple and ferment it in the oven for a final 20 minutes (do not let it rise for too long, otherwise the apple will deform)
-
Take it out and brush it with egg wash, brush gently
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 20 minutes
-
Just put the apples in the baked basket
