I like eating fish heads very much. I often buy fish heads instead of fish meat. Chewing the fish bones is particularly delicious. Put some lettuce in it and it will be crispy and delicious

Prepare materials, wash fish heads

Cut lettuce into cubes and prepare onion, ginger and garlic

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish head
