Smooth cocoa taro puree
Overview
There is some mucus after peeling the cooked taro. I want to use it to make taro puree to make it smooth. The effect is not bad after I try it. It has a strong chocolate sauce taste. It is recommended to add more cream.

Wash 500 grams of taro and set aside.

Cook the washed taro in a pot. Cook until it can be easily pierced with chopsticks.

Peel the cooked taro.

Prepare cocoa powder, whipping cream, milk and sugar.

Place taro, cocoa powder, whipping cream, sugar and milk into a blender and blend. If you like a creamier taste, add more cream; otherwise, add less. If you are worried about eating too much sugar, you can use xylitol or Yuanzhen sugar instead of white sugar.

Put the blended taro puree into the bottle.
