Xiao Ce’s seafood recipe today: shrimp paste, tofu buns, wild red shrimp
Overview
Suddenly a guest came to my house for dinner. Look at the frozen pork, frozen shrimp, and these fried tofu buns that were collected from the refrigerator. I was worried, what should I cook like this? An idea struck, and there it was. Haha, let’s start doing it! If you like my recipes, you can add me on WeChat: moce1010. They are all sold in my Taobao store.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: East China Sea wild shrimps (available in my Taobao store), pork oil, tofu and green onions
-
Chop the shrimps into puree (pick out a few of the better-looking ones and garnish them on the fried tofu), chop the pork into puree, and chop the green onions into chopped green onions
-
Mix the shrimp paste and meat paste evenly, add chopped green onion, salt and a little cooking wine to make the filling
-
Hollow out the fried tofu, stuff it with fillings, and stuff a shrimp on top
-
Steam it in the pot. When steaming, remember to steam a few green peas. Use
-
Add some water to the pot (I actually used the white tofu residue dug out from the fried tofu. I added water and used a food processor to break up the squeezed juice and filtered it out. If you find it troublesome, just use water directly, which is more convenient). Add tomato paste, white sugar and a small amount of rice vinegar
-
Make a sauce
-
Pour it on top of the tofu buns and garnish with a green bean.
