Sausage skewers
Overview
Clean up the refrigerator and find all kinds of meatballs, fish tofu, intestines, etc. left over from hot pot in the winter. The weather is hot, so I don’t like hot pot anymore. In line with the principle of not wasting, I grilled it with bamboo skewers and it tasted pretty good. More like a snack, very popular with children.
