Kaiyang tendons and winter melon soup
Overview

Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces

Wash and pick up the dried pork trotters, soak them in water

Prepare stock, chopped green onion, shredded ginger and cooking wine

Cut the tendons into sections, pour cooking wine into Kaiyang and soak for 15 minutes
