The food I usually eat is too greasy, so I have a mixed dish at night to clear my stomach. It’s very refreshing.

Shred lettuce, purple cabbage, cucumber, and cut cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Cut the carrots into shreds, heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry.

Pour into the reserved ingredients, add soy sauce (light soy sauce), vinegar, pepper powder, ginger powder, and salt.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and garlic, whip until fragrant, and add to the reserved ingredients while hot.

Add mustard oil.
