Braised Rice with Pork Ribs, Mushrooms and Shrimp
Overview
I am a simple person, so most of the time, I just do what comes to my mind. This stewed rice is much easier than fried rice. At least it won't stick to the bottom of the pot and it won't be too greasy!

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients, cut out the onions and put them together with the carrots. Marinate the pork ribs with cooking wine, shredded ginger and light soy sauce for 20 minutes
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, sauté the pork ribs over high heat until golden brown on both sides
-
Add dried shrimps and mushrooms, stir-fry for a while
-
Then add the carrots and onions and stir-fry, add 2 tablespoons of oil and a small amount of pepper, turn off the heat when it is almost done and set aside
-
Use the rice cooker as usual to cook rice. Wash the rice, pour the freshly fried ingredients into the rice cooker, stir evenly, and press the cooking button. (The ingredients can be potatoes, corn, and chestnuts. If they are these, add more water.)
-
When the rice jumps to keep warm, press the cooking button again and turn the rice from bottom to top to prevent it from being undercooked and sticking to the bottom of the pot
-
When it jumps to keep warm again, the rice is ready. At this point add the onions and salt and stir.
