Stir-fried diced steamed buns with fungus and carrot
Overview
Eating alone at home is simple. A steamed bun, half a carrot, a few fungus, simply diced and stir-fried is a simple lunch. The steamed buns are simply fried and come out, and it is delicious and nutritious to eat.

Cut the steamed buns into 1 cm dices.

Wash the fungus and tear it into small pieces.

Peel, wash and dice the carrots, wash and cut the green pepper into small pieces, peel and chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a wok, add diced steamed buns and fry until hard and slightly brown, then set aside.
