  5. Seasoning: 80 grams of balsamic vinegar, 60 grams of sugar, 20 grams of soy sauce, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, 1/3 teaspoon of five-spice powder, 3 dried chili peppers, 2 star anise, 3 bay leaves, 1 small section of cinnamon, 30 grams of rice wine, and appropriate amount of salt.

  8. After the fire is on the steam, reduce the heat to low and turn off the heat for 20 minutes. When the pressure disappears, open the lid.
