Egg Fried Rice
Overview
I remember when I was a child, my parents were busy at work and didn’t have much time to cook, so they would cook more rice for dinner. The next day at noon, they would add two eggs and fry them, and the delicious egg fried rice was born! You really can’t get enough of it!
