This recipe is from the spinach I picked last time. The recipe hasn’t been posted yet. The old man picked spinach again today, as well as lettuce, cabbage in the refrigerator, and a few cabbage plants in the kitchen... Planting too much is also a worry😓

Wash the spinach and cut into appropriate segments.

Prepare some garlic and chili. If you don’t like spicy food, just omit the chili pepper.

Boil some water in a pot.

After the water boils, put some oil in it, then put the spinach in and blanch it.

Just blanch the spinach raw.

Remove the blanched spinach and put it on a plate.

Take another pot and add oil to the hot pot.

Add garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant.

Turn off the heat, add sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, and salt and mix well.

Pour the juice over the spinach. Remember to pour out the water in the spinach before pouring the juice, because water will come out when blanched, so pouring out the water will not dilute the taste.
