Overview

A pocket-like single cake is made by brushing oil in the middle of two rolled out single cakes, brushing water on three sides, pinching them together and frying them in a pan. After they are cooked, they can be stuffed with fried vegetables like a pocket~

  1. Use water around 70 degrees Celsius and soft dough, then wake up for 10 minutes, and finally knead thoroughly.
